I'm a professional long-course triathlete, racing for Timex Multisport Team. A multiple top-10 Ironman finisher, this is my 5th season racing as a professional, and I've got a big schedule planned for this year - its going to be a lot of hard work, and a lot of fun!

I'm 33, am based just south of London in the UK, and I also freelance as a sustainability consultant. I love sushi, Cougar Town and being outdoors.
